Training as a Complement to Experience - 8 Architects' FAST TRACK to LEADERSHIP System™
I've talked over the last several days about the different trainings that I offer as a complement to the experience that you're getting through working, and how that training actually feeds back into the experience by giving you strategies that you can do while you're at work to implement what you're learning in the training.
I've covered all the different courses that I have. What if you put them all in one place?

It's over seven and a half hours of training in over 50 separate trainings. Now don't get overwhelmed with that, because you take it one step at a time. It's broken down into levels six levels of progressive training.
Starting with Level 1, Leadership Awareness, That's the beginning, to give you the overall the introduction. It will probably take you a week to do that and implement the strategies that you put to work, put together at work.
And then you move on to level two. Level 2, Leadership Transformation, gets you into the mindset of being a leader. All the trainings and implementing the strategies in your work, in your life, may take you a little longer than a week.
Then move on to Level 3, Empowering Teams. How to put together a team of people who are your cohorts, who are working with you every day. Allow yourself another week for that learning and implementation.
Level 4 is Maximizing Consultant Performance. You develop the relationship with the consultants. You empower them to maximize their performance for you get them to be able to meet your expectations. The implementation of the strategies in this Level usually take longer to see results, so you put these to work for you while you advance to the next level.
Level 5 is Get Into Your Client's Mind, understanding clients and developing a way to educate them and understand how their needs are more important than the actual project that you're working on. This work also takes longer to see results. Your actions are like investments in the relationship with your clients.
And finally, Level 6, Architect As Influencer covers your understanding all those people who are not in a contractual relationship with you, but who can still regulate or influence whatever you do, you can influence them to help you get what you. The key is focusing on a serving framework. In other words, you go into it to find their needs. This helps you understand entitlements. It helps you understand the plan review process and how to interact with the public, how to make presentations, how to influence contractors and be able to be respected on the construction site.
All six levels packed into one program. You get it all for just one price. Everything goes together. It could take you six weeks or longer. Do it at your own pace. And that's the beauty of it, training that compliments your experience at your own pace.
