
Training as a Complement to Experience - 6 Leadership Awareness
Now I want to come back to the very beginning.
What happens if you're just starting out. You don't know what you don't know. You can watch the trainings on team building. You can watch the trainings on consultants, and you'll learn. But if you're not really ready, if you don't even know what team leadership is, you need to start at the beginning.
So I have a course for you called Leadership Awareness.
This is the very first course, and it is relatively short. Six training sessions takes about 40 minutes altogether. In the first five sessions, I introduce what leadership is and what happens without leadership and the people that you lead, and how you go forward from there.
How do you actually put this into practice? The last training session is Success Action Work. I give you specific tasks to do while you're at work, and you combine that with your experience of the tasks that you're working on, that you're assigned to do, to make your experience even more effective.
